1. Prices

Prices are shown in the local currency, if available, or euro. Prices are always shown including VAT.

In the checkout basket you can always see the total amount to be paid for your order. The customer is always responsible for checking that the order and prices are as expected.

We reserve the right to change prices and terms of purchase without prior notice. The customer can never be charged retroactively for such a price change.

2. Payment

To confirm the order, the full amount must be paid at the time of order. An order not paid to full will be canceled.

Payments can be made via the select payment method available at checkout. Payments are provided by Stripe. Card payments are provided by VISA or Mastercard, in some instances local payment methods may be available.

3. Shipping

The shipping cost is provided at checkout and in the basket.

Shipping with postal service via letter post is free of charge.

4. Disclaimer

The customer must is to be aware of color reproduction and details in print may differ from the representation on screen.

5. Right of withdrawal and Return policy

The right of withdrawal does not apply to orders for products that have been manufactured according to the customer's own specifications.

Due to this personalization of each order we do not accept returns. Please contact us to help you if you have had any defects with your goods.

6. Complaint

If the delivery is defective or damaged, the customer should contact the seller as soon as possible.

The seller takes no responsibility in the misuse of the products. The customer must read through the recommended usage for each product before buying to understand how to achieve the best result.

7. Personal data processing

The seller must collect name, address and email to be able to complete the transaction. This information is saved to deal with delivery, booking and communication regarding the order. This information is only saved after an order has been confirmed. The customer has the option to approve of future product offerings. This subscription can be canceled at any time.

All payments done via our payment provider, we do not store any payment details.

8. Disputes

The company has its legal seat in Latvia and Latvian law shall be applied to any disputes.
